We recognise the importance of learning behaviours.

Following professional development and inquiring into our practice we introduced expected learning behaviours.

Everyone listens, everyone talks, everyone understands, everyone thinks and everyone learns.

This pedagogy helps us to integrate the lastest research into learning behaviours.

We use growth mindset to set goals for our learners. We want students to know how they are learning and what they are learning. Children are taking responsibility for learning- What, How, Why? – as we increase student agency in their learning.
